The Mind Behind Prong Games: Please Remain Calm
Prong Games is powered by two dangerous ingredients: creative chaos and disciplined engineering.
At the creative helm is Michael Bacon, Creative Director and professional wearer of many hats. Design, 2D art, UI, animation, character art, environment art, sound design, music — if it needs to look cool, feel good, explode properly, or make a satisfying little “boop,” Michael is probably somewhere in the middle of it, muttering ideas into existence.
He brings the noise, the style, the worlds, the weird ideas, and the stubborn belief that games should have personality.
Keeping that beautiful madness from flying directly into the sun is Mark Storch, Lead Architect and the engineering force behind Prong’s foundation. Mark handles the core technology, builds the systems, solves the hard problems, and works side-by-side with Michael on design ideas and iteration, playtesting, and the never-ending process of turning “what if we did this insane thing?” into something stable, playable, and shippable.
Michael brings the spark.
Mark builds the engine.
Together, they form the strange little machine that is Prong Games: part art studio, part code lab, part pirate ship, and fully committed to making games with heart, bite, and a healthy disregard for boring.
